ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By installing or using the WiseTabs Chrome extension ("Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Extension.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

WiseTabs is a browser extension that helps users organize their browser tabs into logical groups. The Extension analyzes open tabs and automatically categorizes them based on content similarity, domain, and context.

PRIVACY

Your use of the Extension is also governed by our Privacy Policy at wisetabs.app/privacy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Extension, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

LICENSE

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension in accordance with these Terms.

You may:

• Install and use the Extension on any compatible browser
• Use the Extension for organizing your browser tabs for personal or business purposes

SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

Free Tier: The Extension offers a free tier with limited usage. Free tier limits may change at our discretion.

Pro Subscription: Additional features and higher usage limits are available through a paid Pro subscription. Pro subscriptions are billed through our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy.

Billing: Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date until you cancel.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Lemon Squeezy account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain Pro access until then.

Refunds: Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied.

Price Changes: We may change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will take effect at your next renewal date, and we will notify you in advance where required by law.

RESTRICTIONS

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Extension
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the Extension for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Distribute, sublicense, or transfer the Extension to third parties
• Use the Extension in a way that could damage or impair its functionality
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent usage limits or license verification

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Extension, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by WiseTabs and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.

UPDATES

We may release updates to the Extension from time to time. These updates may be automatically installed through your browser. By using the Extension, you consent to receiving such updates.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee that the Extension will meet your requirements or expectations.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WISETABS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE EXTENSION.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Extension shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Extension (if any).

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WiseTabs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Extension or violation of these Terms.

TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Extension at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Extension will immediately cease.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Extension after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
